RETURN POLICY
You have a full 30 day money back guarantee minus shipping charges.  Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address on your packing slip.  Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period.

In accordance with Federal Health Codes, all intimate apparel, novelties, adult toys, and marital aids are returnable only if they have not been used.  Please check your massager when it arrives to make sure it is in working order.

To test massagers keep them in the clear plastic bag....then put the massagers in the pouch that is included. This way you will still feel all the fantastic vibrations, but if you wish to return massager, we can be assured that they are still sanitary and meet the Federal Health code regulations for  returned massagers. After deciding to keep the massager, you can remove it from the clear plastic bag or keep clear plastic bags on, to keep massagers new for a lifetime.  

You must call or write us for return authorization number, plus your input about the return helps us keep our product fantastic.  Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.

Please use the return label on your packing slip and mail back within 10 days of receipt for your choice of replacement, credit or refund.

Warranty:  If for any reason during the first 90 days, if the unit is defective, we will be happy to replace it for you.  Simply return with it's original packaging for equal exchange.  Only shipping charges would apply.

PRIVACY:  Packages are shipped in unmarked boxes.  They do not mention vibrator or massager.  For your privacy, label will say FROM: T.P. INC. (which is short for Timeless  Pleasure, Inc.)
